I have set Question 6 as 3 stars. Before the deal was done all of my emails were answered promptly. Since the deal was done and money has been paid I have sent numerous emails with enquiries, most of which remain unanswered.

Lookers picked up my car and delivered it back to my home as I could not leave my wife for whom I am carer. This was despite being further than their normal pick up area. Lookers go beyond to provide a fantastic level of service.
