There was a problem initially with the system of the car (it had to be updated to work properly, I had naively assumed the car would come with an up to date system and everything would have been checked) however, this was sorted out within a couple of days. Jasmine has been very helpful and kept in contact with us through all the stages. I feel if the system problem hadn’t been an issue, I would have given you five stars for everything, but it did rather take the shine off the purchase for us.

Miscommunication between booking team who said I wasn’t covered for half price MOT on my service plan which I was. Was told also that no longer taking lifts into town. ( Didn’t check this at desk as made alternate plans but saw usual driver in the showroom )? Also car was washed and hoovered which again was told at previous visit by booking team that this had stopped as one of the services?

Nathan was friendly and helpful. He took time to explain (and re-explain when my partially deaf father struggled to catch what had been said) all the options available to me when purchasing the car, such as Minor Damage Protection, Gard-x, Gap Insurance. A gift box would have been nice to receive (had one from Honda when i bought a used car from them) with some freebies inside - VW mug, pen, keyring, ice scraper, etcetera.

Your sales manager Simon and sale assistant Nathan were both very helpful with assisting me with changing my vehicle, they are a credit to lookers Carlisle.
