Unfortunately when trying to book the vehicle in I was informed that it could not be done for a number of weeks. This matter was rectified by the service manager and from that point on the service was excellent.

My only negative is that the windscreen wash fuse had blown and wasn't picked up on until I had taken it home. Maybe that should be added to the checks list before the car gets taken away!
