Kirsty at Carlisle was fantastic helping us with our motability car and choice

Advised by Technician via video that the engine oil level was only 50%. The vehicle was serviced on the 7th October so was disturbed to hear it had lost 2litres of oil in that short period of time. The service manager arranged for the oil to be topped up and I need to return the car after completing 1500 miles so the oil level can be checked.

Nathan was great from start to finish. Sent video walk rounds when he said, and an extra one for good measure. Easy to deal with and very professional. Lookers carlisle is a great dealership.

This is my first purchase from Lookers and it was the best experience. Jasmine who sold us the car was fantastic and absolutely deserves to be praised for her customer service. I still can't believe the excellent deal we recieved. The manager, Johnny, also really welcoming and friendly. He made an effort to see us and talk to us to ensure everything was going well.

Amazing experience

From start to finish the service I got was excellent, I will not hesitate to contact them again when I renew my car. Kirsty Norwood was helping me along the way and pulled out all the stops before and after I got my new car 5☆

Everyone was so helpful and went an extra mile to help with getting a new vehicle asap as I had written my last car off.

Staff very attentive and all spoke each time l entered the Show Room, very pleasant experience. Will do more business in the future.

The fact that a sale was not made was not down to the Sales Executive but my not having a clear idea in my mind as to what I want. 3 options were presented but none matched what I was after.
