Generally OK but small details overlooked. Having had my California for a few days to investigate its tyre pressure monitoring system fault, I noticed that all tyre dust caps were missing (unreturned at time of writing). Also, when I picked the car up it was noted to me that the tyre size selected (in the tyre pressure monitoring system settings) was incorrect. Once I reviewed the setting having returned home, I found that the tyre size selected did not match my tyres. This is either another fault or the wrong tyre size was selected by the technician. Thanks.

the showroom staff were excellent, particularly George Bourne who really knew his product. The initial call centre response was poor however, they couldn't even tell me if the vehicles I was enquiring about was still available at the showroom and seemed to want my life history just to make an appointment so I gave up and only made an appointment when the showroom followed up.

Harry,who was the second sales person that I dealt with was an absolute joy

only since involving VW complaints did my complaint get sorted, as communication with Lookers Peasmarsh has been appalling to date. however since Louis got involved things have improved. I still haven't received confirmation of my extended warrantee brokered by VW complaint department
