I would like to mention in particular the excellent customer service I received from Louis. From the initial greeting to keeping me informed of the diagnostic problem and eventual completion of the job his help and assistance was very professional. With new management this dealership has improved no end and this is demonstrated in the way the whole operation is run.

Disappointed with the overall condition of the vehicle we were interested in, especially for a main dealer forecourt.

Measures on satisfaction should cover a few more things such as 1. Completion of work in time Came in on 20th Sept but not started until afternoon of21st Sept when a complaint made Then service was excellent with help of GM and workshop manager. Plus got a loan vehicle delivered to my house so full marks there. But vehicle was not delivered back for another 2 days. Delay as technician busy on other things I was told. 2. Communication Sorry to say but it is poor. The app progress checker did not show my vehicle. No one rang me back over the 4days with progress despite saying they would. I had to ring up everytime and even on the Friday to check if my vehicle could be collected and do you want your van back. It is better to tell the customer when you say you will of the status even if bad news. At least you know someone is owning it and tracking. Could be phone call, email or perhaps an end of day progress message in the app. 3.Quality of work After 3 days was diagnosed needing a new cube fuse to fix the problem (although this was in my notes given to Service from my research on common California problems.) Understand that a California is a different and more complex vehicle thana van and good to hear that now specialists are being recruited given the number of California vehicles to support. Pleased that after 6 weeks and two visits problem resolved and now Leisure batteries do charge up to full. 4. Handover at end Sam made an effort to make it a personal handover to show that the work had been done. However suggest that asking customer to give a suggested 5 star review using my phone on the spot because all had been resolved now not a good approach. Yes had been fixed but been with the service centre for 8 days over the last 6 weeks and been very poor communication of progress.
