Communication was excellent. Our queries were dealt with promptly and professionally. We felt it was a personal one to one helpful service. No pushy sales, just there to help. And most importantly.....no ringing bells when we bought our vehicle.

In the end I didn’t buy a VW van I bought a Renault instead ( preferred the drive) but the staff at Guildford were brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful.

I was interested in the MultiVan and the new Bliss, I think it is called. I was not offered a test drive as you do not have the vehicle as yet but was promised a test drive when available. Sadly did nt hear back from the sales person with his name or contact details.

The coffee machine didn't work properly My vehicle wasn't washed when it was initially handed back but that was remedied before final handover Vehicle wasn't washed to same standard as it used to be and the vehicle wasn't vacuumed at all
