Staff very polite and helpful.

I requested further information and clarity about the warranty and breakdown assistance.The Breakdown Assistance handbook does not clearly state what the process is for a breakdown when the vehicle is under warranty, e.g. what we should do to ensure that we will be out of pocket to any degree whether in the UK or overseas.I've not yet received the information requested.

Everything was fine until I was offered a vehicle wash. It is a Motability vehicle so I understand this is required.Wish I hadn't, vehicles windows were covered in a dirty, almost greasy film that required considerable cleaning when I got home.It was if the valet had used a dirty cloth to wipe down afterwards.Awful job, someone needs to have a word with him/her.

The Van Centre seemed to lack information from VW about the ID. Buzz and that made things difficult at times.

Our direct contacts were Harry and Byron both of whom were excellent. We had more dealings with Harry as the sale progressed and he was helpful, supportive and on it throughout.

Jamie was simply exceptional. Excellent asset to the firm.

Jamie Addison was superb - he has a genune passion for the products and was able to advise me in the most professional manner. Everything about his service was of the highest class.The one slight negative would only be that I would have loved to have been given a VW Key ring as part of the packgae but was told they had been stopped.That aside, this was a brilliant experience, well done Jamie and the Lookers team!
