Jamie Addison was superb - he has a genune passion for the products and was able to advise me in the most professional manner. Everything about his service was of the highest class.The one slight negative would only be that I would have loved to have been given a VW Key ring as part of the packgae but was told they had been stopped.That aside, this was a brilliant experience, well done Jamie and the Lookers team!

I would like to mention in particular the excellent customer service I received from Louis.From the initial greeting to keeping me informed of the diagnostic problem and eventual completion of the job his help and assistance was very professional.With new management this dealership has improved no end and this is demonstrated in the way the whole operation is run.
