Communication was excellent. Our queries were dealt with promptly and professionally. We felt it was a personal one to one helpful service. No pushy sales, just there to help. And most importantly.....no ringing bells when we bought our vehicle.

In the end I didn’t buy a VW van I bought a Renault instead ( preferred the drive) but the staff at Guildford were brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful.

I was interested in the MultiVan and the new Bliss, I think it is called. I was not offered a test drive as you do not have the vehicle as yet but was promised a test drive when available.Sadly did nt hear back from the sales person with his name or contact details.

The coffee machine didn't work properlyMy vehicle wasn't washed when it was initially handed back but that was remedied before final handoverVehicle wasn't washed to same standard as it used to be and the vehicle wasn't vacuumed at all

I was ready to sign on the dotted line for a new VW ocean but was waiting for confirmation of colour paint option.Sadly I never heard back which was a shame when you’re about to commit to a 80k Purchas 😞

Thank you for booking the car in rapidly and for getting the repairs and service work done.It was unfortunate that the clarification that I had already had the brake fluid changed did not make it through to the invoice, even though the brake fluid change was not actually performed and was not shown on the work done sent from the workshop to the customer-facing team.This indicates that the check that the invoicing ties up with the work actually carried out would benefit from some reinforcement as I was invoiced for the initially-approved work without a cross check with what was actually done.
