Having communicated with your service department during the day, when I arrived to collect the vehicle at 17.20 the paperwork could not be found. After 20 minutes reason for not being found was that the van had NOT been serviced!! Shocked having been assured it would be ready.

Communication was excellent. Our queries were dealt with promptly and professionally. We felt it was a personal one to one helpful service. No pushy sales, just there to help. And most importantly.....no ringing bells when we bought our vehicle.

In the end I didn’t buy a VW van I bought a Renault instead ( preferred the drive) but the staff at Guildford were brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful.
