I called while in the area and asked to meet with someone regarding an electric van.Unfortunately I was a little late, but the receptionist and sales staff could not have been more helpful. I did have to wait 30 mins to be seen, but given the circumstances it was not a problem.

Excellent staff especially the young receptionist lady who was very helpful, approachable and made us feel at ease. Thank you for the hot drinks on a rainy sunday. Thank you also to Ollie who helped us with the id buzz test drive, excellent knowledge. Well done to both of you especially on a Sunday !

The guy I spoke today was great but I’ve been trying to get in touch with yourselves for the last 10 days on a vehicle. No one‘s answering the calls when they do it is a call centre and they’re going to pass my number on which no one called me back and I’ve sent 2 to 3 emails as well and no reply.

I had a service plan and it didn’t appear on initial booking so had to phone to make sure I was booked in properly and also had rearrange another date but the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful.I think I filled in the online form correctly so I am not sure how this happenedThe actual service at the Van Centre was perfect. The service manager sorted everything out for me even though there was a bit of confusion to what had been booked on line but everything else went really smoothly including notifications to my phone regarding progress.I had a waiting appointment and was shown the waiting area and coffee machine. I was very comfortable and the whole process was really efficient taking around 2 hours 15 minutes.I then picked up my newly washed and cleaned van.I was very happy.
