Salesperson was great(Ollie) however the van was reserved on the day I was due to drive it, but I had a number of messages from Ollie so I didn't waste my time. Once it came back on the market, a suitable follow up call was made by Ollie.Overall a good sales experience. Ollie was assertive but not aggressive, and followed up when he said he would. Always polite, and good sales technique trying to close a sale without backing the customer into a corner

I usually give you 5 stars, but this time one star was deducted for ignoring my request to you to wash the van, the repair of which was completed 90 minutes prior to your closing time.

This time Jamie gave me a proper under the vehicle inspection video and walkthrough which was super reassuring because I am just off to France in the van for 3 weeks. My air con is now fixed and the brake fluid has been changed and the job was done the same day that I booked so I am a happy customer!
