The online booking system is clearly not 'online' at all and requires human intervention by Lookers to actually book the service, with an unpredictable wait by the customer before the booking is confirmed. Lookers need to invest in some proper IT for online booking. Excellent customer service from Dan who kept me fully informed. A big improvement on the customer service I received in September 2023

I hand over my keys the day before servicing. Next day, someone arrives to pick up the WAV. Same day, the vehicle is returned and freshly washed, too! 100% Satisfied customer here It's expected, you're VW !
