Richard was extremely helpful and provided a high quality customer service. He was especially helpful in ensuring that the costs of fixing the side door closing issue was covered especially since we only bought the van in Nov 2022!

Outstanding service from Lewis Cooper over several weeks and many contacts. Regrettably, the vehicle test driven was too thirsty to proceed with, and by chance, I was offered a delivery mileage cancelled order at the same price elsewhere. Lewis and Lookers couldn’t compete with that! Lewis a fine young man with a bright future ahead of him, we wish him (and the Black Cats) well.
