online booking works as expected. tracking text works ok but still prefer verbal update (which I did get) Staff really helpfull and understanding. Loan vehicle was prepared and ready for our arrival and all questions asked were answered. Thank you!

I am not a technology person therefore I wish companies would rely less upon it and realise not everyone is into it. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They always go the extra mile.
