Your service is terrible you do not return callsIf have email and called on numerous occasions and no replyI give you details of what I’m looking for but no responseI I’m an existing customer but never again your Glasgow branch is just as bad Ian and Bryan still waiting on replyYou also advertise vans on web site that are already soldI have since purchased a Ford from Evans halshaw because they provide customer service

vehicle was serviced on 12th June with service plan, went on holiday on the 19th and while driving warning message on the dash advising too much oil in the engine and to report to service centre, customer refused to pull into hard shoulder so pulled into weatherby services and called site who advised to call road side assistance. they attended and drained some of the oil from the engine to rectify the issue. extremely unhappy that this has occured on the first service for the vehicle and has lost faith that future service can and will be carried out correctly.

Sent a video of my van as part exchange and never heard back from anyone.

They answer the phones, they never came back to me about a van, I wanted to purchase out right.

customer has called as unable to get through to site to discuss collection of their new VW California following email they have received advising vehicle has now arrived at the dealership. customer also has not received any communication relating to the vehicle registration so that he can get it insured.

Couldn't help because of the distance between Newcastle and London but gave me some helpful advice.

Excellent service yet again from the service team. Special shout out to Richard who kept me updated through regular phone calls.Vehicle was returned to me washed and hoovered, nice touch.Thanks.

I have not received a response to my complaint submitted 15 May. Please can somebody get back to me?Please email, if you have to call please leave a voicemail or send a text.
