Arrived Saturday morning 28 Feb 26 on spec around 11:00 hrs with my wife : without an appointment and Sales Staff were busy. Spoke to Salesman for about 10 minutes; looked over a VW Caddy Max Estate which was being prepared for customer appointment at 11:30. It was not a petrol version I was seeking and Saleman informed me that he would speak to the Sales Manager at VW Lookers Guilford (Kent) to see if their petrol Caddy Max was available and at what price. Advised he would get back to me on Monday. It is now 8 days later and I am still waiting on the outcome of his conversation with VW Lookers Guilford. I anticipate that the delay may be more to do with the new Registration dates on 01 Mar 26 or the Guildford ex-demo model was unavailable.

The guy I dealt with ( Peter) was excellent. Unfortunately we couldn’t come to a deal.

Definitely didn’t feel like a VIP occasion, help your self to a coffee while you wait around , the price I was offered for my car ( part X) was embarrassing

Initial communication was good but 72hrs have passed since I responded with photographs of my car for a valuation and a question. As of yet no one has responded.
