The online booking system is clearly not 'online' at all and requires human intervention by Lookers to actually book the service, with an unpredictable wait by the customer before the booking is confirmed. Lookers need to invest in some proper IT for online booking.Excellent customer service from Dan who kept me fully informed. A big improvement on the customer service I received in September 2023
