My wife and I both have vehicles through Lookers, but we are constantly being sent the details for each others vehicles. i.e. email reminders of servicing etc.One is a business vehicle and the other is private use, they really shouldn’t be mixed up even though our name and address is the same. We have highlighted this several times but it doesn’t appear to get sorted?Dropped van off, they clearly explained what they planned to do to solve the issue. Phone call a few hours later letting me know it was sorted and they returned the van washed and the side door hopefully fully repaired.

We have dealt with Lewis Cooper from beginning query to handover and he has ensured that things have gone smoothly all the way through. Fabulous service!
