Appreciated the honest/open approach without a hard sell. Having the appointment bookings made centrally by a different site/team didn't really seem to work very well

Makes it simpleOnly downside is that it's not too easy to sign with a mouse. I used a PC to check in.Work was completed on schedule without any issues.

Last time I booked in online it took 3 working days to receive confirmation so I booked in by visiting the dealershipI got exactly what I expected plus the vehicle was washed and valeted

Outstanding service from Lewis Cooper over several weeks and many contacts.Regrettably, the vehicle test driven was too thirsty to proceed with, and by chance, I was offered a delivery mileage cancelled order at the same price elsewhere. Lewis and Lookers couldn’t compete with that!Lewis a fine young man with a bright future ahead of him, we wish him (and the Black Cats) well.

Sales man was very polite and non forcefull in a sale which will make me return to buy at some stage when the correct vehicle for my needs comes into stock
