Don't change anything.Personal service is too fast becoming a thing of the past

Slight mix up that the site allowed me to lay a deposit on the vehicle to be told that someone had already put a deposit on the van. I had an email saying that the van was reserved by myself but I had to wait to the other person being declined for credit before I could be offered the van. This issue needs sorting. Apart from that, an easy transaction and van appears in great order
