The workshop tracker never works for me, the last 3 times I have ended up calling the dealership as the tracker did not progress past 'prepared for workshop'

The price quoted for a cambelt and water pump change at over £700 is significantly higher than a more local independent VW Transporter specialist at £390 +VAT

My experience with the local ranch was excellent in all respects. However my online booking experience with your regional booking office was poor (just as poor as it has been previously). Please, please restore the booking responsibilities to your local branches who have a real relationship with customers. Your regional booking office has a negative impact on my view of Lookers.
