It was an absolute pleasure from start of the 'process' to driving off the forecourt. Paul Mulligan was great to deal with. He has a very relaxing style and made sure we were totally happy. His smile was almost as big as my wife's smile when he handed her the keys. It was clear that customer service and a 'happy customer' is top of his priority list. Nothing was too much bother and his responses to queries were super efficient. 11 out of 10 .....thanks for making a dream become a reality !!

Yes your customer communication was very poor at first , I couldn’t sit in the vehicle every 3 or 4 months got a email update , then nothing I had to ring up to ask if my vehicle had even been built and have been ringing up ever since so your customer communication needs vastly improving to keep customer informed every step of the way
