Paul who we dealt with for the buying part of the process was great he talked my wife through everything as I’m not very technical and our car was ready for us arriving to pick it up and your fleet manager was very helpful and showed us around the car even though it wasn’t part of his job

The technicians were great but I don't understand why at the first visit I was told that a socket pin was faulty but at the second, it was judged to be fine. These warranty visits cost me about 6 hours of time and £25 in fuel.
