Generally good but for the second service running I did not receive an inspection video despite this being included on the invoice. I found your booking centre staff generally uninformed and I would prefer to book services at the van centre directly . Lookers have added another level of bloated bureaucracy with your booking centre which adds to costs without adding to customer service.
