Hi Richard, Thank you for the report and for your help last week. As discussed we are keen to get the 2 remaining issues resolved (knocking to the engine & touch screen). Whilst the touch screen issue is relatively new the knocking has been acknowledged and under investigation by yourselves since we reported our concerns and and brought it in for checking a few months ago - it is getting progressively worse (louder and more frequent) but the fault remains undiagnosed. As requested during our last two appointments we have waited for the “root cause” of the knocking noise to develop. We are concerned and reluctant to travel long distances whilst this knocking noise is present. Additionally the warranty cover is running down with what could be a significant fault(s) left undiagnosed (significant enough to curtail out travel plans). Could you please give our next steps some consideration - naturally we would like the camper van to be running well & fault free before the warranty expires. The knocking fault in particular (which was reported some time ago) is basically stopping us from using the van for its intended purpose (long journeys) whilst the all in warranty period is running down Richard - appreciate you are trying to help and working on this but I thought it best to share our concerns.
