Booking by call center is a pain, might be better financially for you, but not for customer experience, I like to discuss with the service centre staff so I am sure about what needs to be done. If I'd had chance to speak with service staff I would have realised the issues with my current service plan and MoT, which due to being due on different dates meant parts of my all in package would have dropped off until my mot had been done in July. As a result I had to return 2 days later for an mot, a round trip of 70 miles, 140 miles in total this week. If id spoken with van service centre staff this would have been clear and we could have booked an early mot on the same day. Time and diesel money I won't get back!

Extremely happy with everything Elizabeth is one of the most helpful people iv dealt with.
