A truly fantastic experience. As I work away, Simon and Lizzy, from the service department, helped me get the van picked up from my home and then into the dealership and then back to the house. All work carried out under warranty. I’m so very grateful to Simon and Lizzy. Why go anywhere else?

Wasn’t asked if I was was interested in a service plan but when I enquired it was a substantial saving. Would of been nice to been offered this option as a long term customer.

Cant fault it in ANY way. 100% can't go higher than that.Born in1935 am cracking on a bit, so a pile of tech info on latest Hybrid hard to remember but Richard's patience has held. very impressed. E-mails answered late evening on a Sunday.More than the extra e-Kilometer. Even the coffees were good.

Great experience with the test drive, great attention from the sales person on the day(Mark Atherton),the vehicle was presented excellently, but it wasn’t the vehicle for me!.Not impressed by the speed of refund for the reservation though, it took two emails and a phone call to get that ball rolling and 6 complete working days before it appeared in my account after the notification email.Kind regardsMark Bestall
