My enquiry was by telephone - I didn't visit the dealership as the trade-in value quoted for my vehicle was too low, so there was no point in my viewing your vehicles. I was offered a significantly better trade-in value elsewhere, and I am proceeding with this deal. I was happy with your member of staff - he was very polite and helpful. The only constructive criticism I can offer is that it took longer than I expected to obtain the trade-in figure - I believe it was 3 or 4 days after my initial call that a price was given to me. Other than that - very good service!

Lizzy was absolutely outstanding she met all expectations if not more couldn’t fault her 1 bit, also the lady as you first walk in very helpful and pleasant. 1 small thing my booking told me to go to Thornaby as this is closing obviously it was the wrong place . Apart from that excellent customer service.

I'm pleased my van was recovered so quickly and repaired under warranty. The service I received from the initial phone call to report the fault to picking up my fixed van two days later was excellent. Thank you.
