I didn’t get a VW Transporter hand book , and still waiting for my rubber mat for the back seats, also I only received my V5 logbook a month ago , I bought the van September 21

Richard at Thornaby was very helpful and i will be in touch with him again soon to start weighing up my options in more detail as i believe your vans are built from scratch and there is a 9 month wait time.

Just keep up the good work through these hard times, i am however starting to look at my options once this agreement ends ie purchase a new van on a 5 or 6 year plan but one with a higher speck as i was a bit disappointed with this one been box standard ie no cruise control or cd player, then having to pay to get it ply lined, other than that it is a nice van.

Service receptionist very helpful. Although I was told my vehicle needed oil I wasn't offered the option of a top-up, which I would have happily paid for.

My own circumstances were not straight forward yet the customer service was second to none. I would very much recommend the team.

Excellent customer experience from start to finish. All work completed on time. Technician came out to explain things to me and made time to answer my questions. Service reception staff, as usual, efficient, polite ansd friendly. Total confidence in the staff, there is nowhere else I would take my California for servicing and repairs.
