I tried to use the online booking but it did not work properly. I then dealt with what seemed like a call centre to book the appointment, and they failed to book it correctly. I also had to contact them numerous times to confirm I had an appointment.Poor booking experience but fantastic service at the garage

Just thought the user interface was a little bit slow at times.Van was booked in for an oil change and inspection. I rang and asked if I could drop it off the night before it was due in and was told that yes that would be OK.Phone call at half 9 the following morning to let me know it was all done and ready to pick up.I was kept informed of my vehicles status via email and text, also a video of the initial inspection.Amazing service from start to finish.I previously had a Vauxhall van that was dealt with by the local Vauxhall dealer and they could definitely do with taking more than a few leaves out of your bookTo sum up very impressed and pleased.
