I received an email saying the DSG gearbox requires a service. So I booked using that link, however it only booked the van in for a major service. I didn’t know the DSG had not been done until I picked it up. So the online booking system is so poor, won’t use that again. Very disappointing Although the internet booking let VW down, the help and support at Teesside and the friendly environment made me give this score
