I tried to use the online booking but it did not work properly. I then dealt with what seemed like a call centre to book the appointment, and they failed to book it correctly. I also had to contact them numerous times to confirm I had an appointment. Poor booking experience but fantastic service at the garage

Everyone was very informative in every detail of the repair. Also very polite.

Just thought the user interface was a little bit slow at times. Van was booked in for an oil change and inspection. I rang and asked if I could drop it off the night before it was due in and was told that yes that would be OK. Phone call at half 9 the following morning to let me know it was all done and ready to pick up. I was kept informed of my vehicles status via email and text, also a video of the initial inspection. Amazing service from start to finish. I previously had a Vauxhall van that was dealt with by the local Vauxhall dealer and they could definitely do with taking more than a few leaves out of your book To sum up very impressed and pleased.
