Friendly and efficient service. Pricing could be a little more transparent particularly with regards to central booking system. Eg diagnostic check showing as £60 for branch but was confirm over phone to be £140!

I had to change the date for my car service and MOT and car to be picked up, for medical reasons. I spoke to one of your staff, a young lady whose name I don't remember and she changed the date for me.

Every thing was great apart from the pick up time. I specifically asked to pick up the car at 2 as I had a long journey via public transport in order to get to the garage. In the end the car wasn’t ready until 4.15 even though I was told that it would definitely be ready by 2.30. That’s my only niggle.
