No one returned my calls on four separate occasions.

Plant get the car I wonted and didn’t call back to say anything

Arranged test drive for Tiguan. Sales rep refused to accompany despite me asking them to. Got into difficulty during the test drive and had to call the office for advice. After the driving test sent email to the sales rep with the offer for the vehicle, they never got back. Tried calling the team during working hours and no answer until eventually got cut off. Did not seem remotely interested in selling the vehicle. Never mind, better deals and better customer service are available elsewhere.

No response from the dealer

New guy needed assistance when I made my enquiry.

I haven’t really interacted with your staff as I found out that VW will no longer fund driving instructors. The car want will be a family car so not for the school. It’s very disappointing as I have a t-roc already and just wanted to upgrade

I have now called Lookers twice as I want to buy a new car. I have been promised a call back but nobody bothers. Just shows that no one is serious about sales in this dealership.

Asked for someone to call me back no one did

Professional but for one important thing, the car was listed as a 4 motion but in fact is was a 2 WD car. As I wanted a 4WD I took it no further. Pity as Lookers gave me confidence in every other aspect.

It was a mistake on my part but a prompt follow up response.
