Ellias was courteous and professional throughout and I was very happy to he kept us in mind despite a period when we were unable to test drive the car. He explained everything very well and was not pushy with his sales technique. This fostered greater confidence that we were at the start of a relationship with Lookers rather than merely a point sale. Overall, delighted with the service.
