First class in every way

Great service. Very pleased with our choice of car. Disappointed that we couldn’t collect it on 17/6 as we had arranged but otherwise a professional, efficient and friendly service from Lookers. Elias was professional and helpful. The paperwork was daunting and hurried. We’ve subsequently discovered that a keyless ignition was an optional feature - which we had experienced on the demo T ROC but then wasn’t on the car we bought. It’s not an extra we would have ordered but we had assumed it was a standard feature. Lack of information here.

Online check in didn't work. Staff were fairly efficient. Progress can be followed via app. Minor service and brake fluid done.Car was ready when collected. Not always the case!

Sometimes you need to talk to arrange the service time.I had an early morning booking, and was dealt with very swiftly and the staff were friendly, kind and got her service done very quickly for me, because they knew of our circumstances.

Thoroughly professional and courteous service

Texts and emails were a bit overdone.Everything was carried out as expected.

Good service, although the service dept closing at 5:30pm caused some minor inconvenience.

Overall great experience, with detailed video from mechanic.Although I wasn't happy with the state of the 'car wash' when I picked the car up, looked like it had just been hosed off rather than properly washed.
