Sadly my aftersales advisor, called Devon, did not reply when they said they would regarding me booking a courtesy car. Then lied when I queried it a few days later and said they never said they would get in touch. I would have arranged collection or courtesy car had they got back to me. When they eventually got back to me, the day before my service, I was bluntly told " nothing is available " poor customer service and arguing via email with a customer!!?My first person to meet when I arrived was Stephen, he is the perfect person to do this job. Friendly, accomodating and went above and beyond what was expected.
