The second time he said don't worry about it, but I explained I would like it changed so I'm covered for NOT part exchanging my car and still haven't received the updated paperwork. This is very poor service for a large purchase. I would like to cancel have a refund and I will take my business elsewhere.Please note I would like to cancel this purchase with the fully refundable deposit being returned to me as stated by the sales person on the day before I ordered it.I am cancelling due to lack of communication. Level of service was erratic at best with zero proactive follow-up on my enquiries meaning I was left to do all the chasing. Phone calls not returned, phones not being answered, not being available at agreed time for a test drive, refund not being processed despite chasing.

My car (GV23CWA) was booked in to replace a faulty charging port latch under warranty. They managed to make a dent from the inside of the wing with a sharp object as well as damaging the wing paintwork both sides of the charging port flap, it looks like while levering it out. The visible dent could only have been made by the garage staff as the area is not normally accessible. I am not happy.

Hi, may I start by saying this is not a complaint about the staff or service I received recently when bringing my 21 Plate Golf GTI in for a recall item and investigation of a faulty SOS indicator. they were all very friendly & helpful couldn't fault it,From VW's own website I had ascertained that the fault being indicated was for an electric car when quite obviously it's not.Your report came back advising that a new steering wheel and a sensor would be needed to resolve the item, while i accept a sensor may fail due to wear and tear I'm at a bit of a loss as to how a steering wheel would need replacing on a car less than 5 years old and done less than 25k miles ? Look forward to hearing from you,
