Worked well. My feedback: the online booking was a bit confusing. The initial email didn’t seem to specify Lookers Walton as a service location option. It seems there is a national VW process and then a local one. Also once booked I got a confirmation email from Lookets Northeast. I phoned to confirm I hadn’t booked it into a dealer in Newcastle.Second comment - I added info about a sticking handbrake online but I am not sure anyone picked that up. No one mentioned it.Seemless simple process. Everything done efficiently. Liked the video inspection thing
