The help and assistance at the dealership was excellent, especially in the 2/3 weeks prior to delivery. The biggest frustration was a manufacturer issue, the time it took from ordering to delivery. February '22 - November '23-a wait of 21 months. Handover was quick and efficient.

There were a few careless omissions for example-1) I queried when the £500 deposit would be refunded. I was told it should already be in my account. I checked today 28/11- it wasn't. 2) I requested a hard copy of the Service Record- advised it would be supplied when V5 received from DVLA and when I took the car in to have personalised number plates fitted. 3) I asked whether Roadside assistance was provided by AA or VW- advised it was by AA. Why then was there a booklet for VW with the other brochures ?
