Lewis, the person I dealt with, was extremely professional, accommodating, friendly and helpful. He answered any questions I had about the new car, showed me things that are different from my old car and even drove the new car out of the showroom for me. He took all the time needed to explain everything to me and was very friendly to my daughter with additional needs who was with me. He emailed to check how the journey home went. He was an absolute delight to deal with.
