Unfortunately, my wing mirror fell off and smashed on the journey home. I am not blaming the Lookers' driver who was delivering the car back to my house but it was in Lookers' custody when this occurred. I had to buy a new mirror glass for £23.49.

Would be nice to have the car washed during its time with you which in the past has always been a positive gesture from car dealerships - a pity this has been lost post CovidOtherwise the service and MOT process was very easy to navigate and efficient.

The only thing is that their charges are usually quite high compared to many other local good garages so I usually get a quote from them first andd ask VW to price match. Suspect you lose a lot of business due to this!

dealership lovely - but only with you due to BIG booking issue with VW and Lookers Battersea when my booking got lost - so booking experience not good at all
