Jason Webb the Sales Executive that I dealt with was brilliant from start to finish. Was very knowledgeable on the car, very helpful on explaining the car etc.

Excellent customer services from all the team at this branch. I usually prefer to wait for my vehicle while it’s being serviced or repaired and usually take my work with me. Cliff has offered me the use of an empty office next time for a bit more comfort and privacy for the next visit. Cannot fault them at all and they will have my continued business for the future.

This is the second car that I have purchased from lookers if the new car is as good and reliable as the golf I part exchanged I will be very pleased.

Question ? Is the windscreen washer something you would not inspect or test unless it has this done as part of a normal service as a rule ? The reason I am asking is that my wife discovered it soon after the previous Service for MOT and 4 new tyres was carried out on 5th January 2023. Surely this should have at least been inspected as part of the MOT inspection ? I am not complaining about your workmanship which is always excellent, but sometimes attention to detail is required !! Perhaps the timing of this minor incident is co-incidental ?

Great service from initial request for test drive of a vehicle at the Walton on Thames Branch. The vehicle I was interested in was actually at Lookers dealership in Northallerton so I wanted to be sure I liked the car generally before committing. Walton-on-Thames branch arranged for the transfer of vehicle and managed the sale, but would also like to thank the sales person at the Northallerton branch (Lee?) for his help from my initial enquiry about the vehicle I purchased. Unfortunately still having teething problems with SatNav / WeConnect app so hoping they can be resolved easily to my satisfaction - booked in with service team on 28/3/23.
