All went smoothly. The member of staff was very helpful and had my car ready for me at the agreed time.

A direct telephone call to actual dealership would be better.

Key battery was replaced. However, car is still displaying that a new battery is required.

As I am deaf Jason Webb was very helpful he ensure me if I understand clearly if not he would repeat abs write down . I value his job they way he explained to me .

I initially booked the service on-line but it didn't appear to work so I had to arrange the service by telephone.

The car was booked in for an antenna refit and a software update, both of which should have been fairly quick so I had planned to wait.When I arrived I was also informed of a seat belt recall meaning the overall work would be three hours plus.Whilst I was pleased that the recall had been picked up, it would have been helpful had I been informed prior to my visit so I could have made arrangements to be picked up and returned. As it was, I was stranded at the dealership for three hours.
