This survey is not applicable to us. Our visit was to sort out ownership of an Up ordered in July 2022. Of course some things had changed in our original plans.Our own car had done a extra 10,000 miles so value had gone down from original plan We decided to change our own plans and be cash buyers for the new vehicle.Callum was extremely patient and helpful and took time to sort out a new deal.We live in extraordinary times so whilst feeling the order took very long to arrive and therefore that had financial loss for us ,it is what it is and we are glad Callum kept us informed about the progress of the new car and stored it whilst we were visiting our family in Australia.We hope our transaction goes smoothly on Friday.We know Callum will be patient helping us with our new vehicle.
