I would like to say thanks to Ellias for explaining everything about the car he showed me how to start it ect ect and explained everything on the dashboard very helpful.this is my second car that I’ve bought from here and I’m happy to recommend lookers to anyone buying a Vw from you.

All praise to Jonah Westbrook who listened to my needs, encouraged me as i wanted to try automatic after 40 years of manual, and clearly enjoys working with VWs and showed pride in the two year warranty scheme.

Jonah was very helpful with the handover of the vehicle and I did not feel rushed at all.

There was a general rushed approach in talking thru important topics like finance and insurance and even car specs which are all very unfamiliar and complicated for me. FYI, the Honda dealer i visited during initial research into new cars had a better, slower, approach that included checking if I understood it all which I appreciated because it’s a lot of complicated info. Also I was really disappointed to come home w my new car and have my husband discover a spare tire space, but no spare tire. Made us wonder if we’d been misled. It was never discussed during negotiations. These things should be addressed and improved. The sales rep who worked w me at Walton was friendly and good at building rapport. The sales rep where I first test drove in Guildford had significantly more years of experience, gravitas and professionalism - he was the one who introduced me to his manager. Years of experience always make a positive difference, but I appreciate the support and attention I received from Lewis in Walton.

Service was great and they really take care of us having a midwife app a person drove us to the hospital instyof ordering an uber and that was really appreciatedOnly thing I would say is that it looks like a long day waiting for the car to be ready but I guess is on average. Thanks

We have been loyal and regular customers of Lookers over many years and I tried to book my car through the call centre, who was really unhelpful and had to call twice to book the car in for a service. They then could not offer what I wanted and were not interested. The lady said she would call back and never bothered.They also could not sort out my Financial plan and was insisting that they speak to my husband - who had passed away in May 2022All in all the service was very upsetting and difficult and caused me so much unwanted stress with a process which should have been so simple.However, I visited the showroom and Steve was so helpful, polite and caring and sorted out my car with no problem at all. My lesson learnt is to go into the showroom and book my car.You need to give your customer service more training.
