I booked in for an MOT which I was told would take about 90 minutes when I made the appointment. Although I booked in for a precise and specific time (10.20 am) On arrival I was told there would be a 3 hours wait as there were others to do first.I had to wait for the work to be done as I had no means of getting back home. Whilst I was happy ( and prepared) to wait an hour and a half, it’s quite a challenge to find things to do locally for 3 hours! I would be interested to know why an appointment time has to be booked when the MOT is not actually carried out at that time. I’ve never had this issue with other garages/workshops in the past - it’s rather put me off.Other than that everything was great.Thanks

Very good attention. My only criticism is that I had to keep asking for printouts of documents particularly re the ongoing 2 year benefits and proof of purchase from you.

Amen we bought the car it had 4,900 miles on the clock but when we picked up the car two weeks later it had 5,300 . There was no explanation.Callum was very helpful.
