We are very impressed with Lookers as a leadership and they bend over backwards to help.We have a bit of a challenge with our Polo though because the Apple Airplay screen keeps freezing.

Not mechanical but the car radio is very temperamental. Tuning instructions impossible to follow and often has a mind of its own and changes station when the ignition is turned off. We were given easy to follow instructions on a post-it note!!Still plays up though.
