First of all the staff who served me, the gentleman who looks a bit like James Arthur was the kind gentlemen who looked after me (not Rachel who was the person assigned to my car even though I never dealt with her or met her.) But this gentlemen went above and beyond! I have had nothing but trouble with other branches of VW and never thought I’d find a place who I would trust! Might have persuaded me!
