Although we had to wait some time for our new car due to covid we were kept fully informed by Callum and once the car was built was ready very quickly. Callum dealt with all our queries and when collecting the car went over everything with us financially and showing us all the car features and how they worked. He assisted us in setting everything thing up

Regarding the service plan, this was discussed, but was not actually available for the car. Lewis was very helpful, and was readily available to answer our questions. Great service.

Very helpful having the vehicle collected and returned. Guildford branch also excellent when it became apparent that my appointment with them would have to be moved and that they were unable to offer an alternative for several weeks - they suggested Walton as an alternative and made the arrangements, so thank you to them as well.
